According to the regulation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, for the present liquid materials carried in hand baggage are limited only in the Istanbul Atatürk Airport and Antalya International Airport.

Passengers won't be allowed to carry more than 100ml liquid over the security check point.

In the hand baggage to be carried onboard of a plane, passengers will be allowed to carry a container of maximum 100 millimeters for each liquid, gel, aerosol which is placed inside a locked app. 20 cm x 20 cm bag of 1 litter.

Each passenger is allowed to carry only 1 plastic bag.
At the last security control point, you are required to take the locked plastic bag containing your liquids out of your bag and put them separately under x-ray device.

Passengers travelling with their babies are allowed to carry baby food, milk or infant formulas
out of the plastic bag, but they may be asked to taste those food at the security control. Medicines written in a recipe indicating passenger’s identity or by submitting health report/certificate indicating that the passenger must use such medicines and provided that they are in original packing are allowed in limited amount.

During connections through UN member countries or the United States, liquid materials over 100 ml purchased from duty free shops won't be accepted in hand baggage, even if they are inside a locked plastic bag.

From January 1st 2010, this regulation will apply in all other airports in Turkey.

There isn't any limitation to carry liquids in your hold baggage.
