 | About Atlasjet | Atlasjet was established on March 14, 2001 by Öger Holding A.S., licensed to carry out “Passenger and Cargo Transportation on Unscheduled Flights, Domestic and International and carried out its first flight on June 1, 2001. Jetmil Elite card holders have an extra 10 kg free baggage allowance in addition to the respective flight baggage allowance specified in their flight.
Except the flights between Turkey and Ercan, in all of our international flights free baggage allowance for babies is 10 kg until 18.04.2013 and the transport of 1 baby stroller is free of charge. Starting from 19.04.2013 the free baggage allowance for babies will be 10 kg in all flights.
What happens if the weight of baggage exceeds free baggage allowance?
In case free baggage allowance is exceeded, additional fee is paid for the excess baggage. See excess baggage fees.

What should I do if my baggage is damaged?
When you find out at the end of your flight that your baggage is damaged, you should apply to Lost Property Department of our Contracted Ground Handling Company and have a report issued before leaving the airport. Besides, you can contact with Lost Property Department of our company at 00 90 463 28 67 or lf@atlasjet.com after the report is issued. For the damage and defects you can not realize immediately, please apply to our Ground handling company written in 7 days from date of receipt of baggage.
The documents that should be submitted to Lost Property Office by the passenger while the report is prepared;

What should I do if my baggage is lost?
For your baggage you could not receive at arrival and the damage you immediately realize, please present your travel ticket, baggage label and identity card at your application to Lost Property Office before leaving the airport.
What should I do if my baggage is not found?
If your baggage can not be found within 5 days, please apply to our nearest airport Ground handling Company lost property department together with the information about the content of the baggage, baggage label and excess baggage label if any and your identity card. Besides, you can contact with Antalya Lost Property Department of our company.
Can I carry my sports equipment (golf, skiing, climbing, cycling, surfing, diving, etc.) with me during my travel?
Yes, you can carry these equipments for a fee. On domestic and international flights, you can carry for free the first pair of skiis and golf clubs, the second pair is charged. You can get more information from our call center or from your travel agent.

What is the size of hand baggage I may carry with me during flight?
Hand baggage should be at a size that fits into under your seat or overhead cabin rack, be maximum at the size of 25x45x56 cm and the weight should not exceed 8 KG. Those hand baggages that not fit these dimensions will be carried as a checked baggage under the cabin. Name and address label should be attached inside and outside your baggage.
Can I carry my musical instrument on board?
If your musical instrument does not exceed the dimensions or weight of a hand baggage (max 25x45x56 cm in size, total dimensions/weight up to max.126 cm/8 kg) you can take it with you on board.
For musical instruments that exceed the dimensions or weight(cello, viola, etc.) for a hand baggage but are suitable for the cabin height standards, an additional seat must be booked. Atlasjet cannot transport contrabass due to cabin height.
What are the rules applied for carrying liquid and similar substances in hand baggage?
Announcement of Civil Aviation, restrictions imposed to hand luggage regarding transportation of materials containing liquids. In accordance with ICAO and ECAC rules, General Directorate of Civil Aviation will impose restrictions to liquids to be carried by passengers within airplane as hand/ cabin luggage during their travel. The said application will not prohibit passengers from carrying liquid products with them during their travel but it will restrict the quantity. Each passenger may carry liquid, gel and aerosol provided that each of its volume does not exceed 100ml and that it is in a sealed transparent plastic bag with dimensions 20cm x 20cm.
How will the application work?
* Each passenger can carry 1 clear plastic bag,
* The containers in the bag can only be up to 100 ml. each,
* No matter what the amount is, the containers bigger than 100 ml. will not be allowed,
* The passengers must show their liquids at the final security control and put them seperately on the x-ray,
* No liquid restrictions will be applied for luggages that are checked in but our airline rules will be applied,
* Considering the restrictions it will be easier for passengers to put their liquids in their check in luggages.
A. Liquids included in the restriction:
• All kinds of liquid including water, syrup, drink,
• All kinds of cosmetics including cream, lotion oils (including cosmetic oils), perfumes, mascara (excluding the lipstick in solid form)
• Shaving foams, deodorants
• All substances in the form of paste including toothpaste; semi-solid food such as jam, honey, yoghurt, molasses and sauce, contact lens liquid, shampoos.
Other substances similar to the ones listed above.
B. Exceptions applied in special cases:
• Medicines (provided that they are prescribed on the name of the passenger or a health report / document stating that the passenger should use such medicines is presented and such medicine is kept in its original package.)
• Baby food (provided that the baby is also travelling on board and up to the amount required during the flight.)
• Security officers may ask you to document the exceptional case or may make you taste the medicine / baby food / liquid at the check point.
C. Products I buy from duty-free shop/aircraft during international flights:
The products you buy from duty-free shop or during the flight will be placed in a special bag together with the invoice and the bag will be sealed. This bag will be allowed on board only after the bag and the invoice are checked at the security check point.
If you will go to final destination point by making a transit through another airport, you should not open the special duty-free shopping bag given in the shop or on board until the final destination airport. Otherwise, the content of the bag may be seized in transit airport.
In the transits made in European Union countries or America, it is not allowed to carry the products exceeding 100 ml bought previously from duty-free shops in hand baggage even they are in sealed bags.
Fluid substances like olive oil, pickles, tomato paste; flammable substances such as acetone, cologne; cans, sacks, plastic bags and barrels will not be accepted to the flight neither as free baggage nor as cabin baggage.
If you have hesitation, please contact with our call center and travel agency before your flight. And help the security officers and airline company staff in the airport.
Checked baggage Refers to items of luggage delivered to Atlas Jet for transportation in the hold of an aircraft. Once the passenger checks all luggage items, the airline agent will put a bag tag on each item that indicates passengers name, flight number(s), and all cities in the ticketed itinerary. A copy of the bag tag will be provided to the passenger for baggage claim at destination. A checked baggage must weigh no heavier than 32 kg (70 lbs). Additional charges will apply to any item that exceeds weight limitations.
Fluid substances like olive oil, pickles, tomato paste; flammable substances such as acetone, cologne; cans, sacks, plastic bags and barrels will not be accepted to the flight neither as free baggage nor as cabin baggage.
Cabin baggage
Refers to items that may be carried as block seat baggage in the cabin. Passengers will pay for an additional seat charge in order to bring onboard a CBBG. A service request for CBBG must be made at least 24 hours prior to Estimated Time of Departure (ETD). Articles over 75 kg (165 lbs) of weight per seat shall not be accepted. Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading the CBBG in and out of the aircraft.
Lost Baggage
If a checked baggage doesn’t arrive at the destination, the passenger must apply to our Ground Service company from the “Arrivals Lounge” to report the missing baggage. The Ground Service company will fill you a PIR (Property Irregularity Report). If the baggage is not found within 5 days, the research will be transferred to the Central Lost and Found department of our company.
The found baggages will be sent to the passengers address. The transport charges will be covered. Passengers can also go and take their baggage themselves.
The maximum investigation period is 2 months for lost baggages. For the baggages that can’t be found within this period, please send the following documents to the Central Lost Property Office. You can also contact us from lf@atlasjet.com.

* The list of belongings lost with the baggage.
Damaged Baggage
If the delivered baggage is damaged ( broken wheel or handle, torn baggage or deficiency in the goods) , the passenger must apply to our Ground Service company from the “Arrivals Lounge” to report the damage. The Ground Service company will fill you a PIR (Property Irregularity Report). In order to assess your request for reimbursement, the following documents should be sent to our Central Lost and Found office. You can also contact us from @atlasjet.com.
For damaged baggage at domestic flights:
* Original damage report
* Original ticket and baggage tags
* Photo of the damaged baggage
* The receipt of the damaged baggage if possible
For damaged baggage at international flights:
* Original damage report
* Original ticket and baggage tags
* If the baggage could be repaired, the receipt of the repair
* If a repair is not possible, a written document from a baggage shop stating that the baggage could not be repaired.
* The receipt of the damaged baggage if possible
NOTE: Please preserve your damaged baggage until the damage assessment.
 | Check-in | When should I be at the airport prior to the flight?
You should be at the airport at least 1 hour prior the domestic flights, at the latest 2 hours prior to the international flight and 3 hours prior to the flight for Iraq and Iran. You should complete all your check-in procedures at least 30 minutes before the domestic flight departure and 1 hour before to the flight departure time of international flights. If you do not complete these procedures, you forfeit all your rights concerning that flight. Besides, you should be ready at the flight gate at the latest 15 minutes prior to departure.
Is it possible to make fast Check-in?
You can use serf-service check-in kiosk machine in the airport for fast check–in. You can check-in within 30 seconds, select you seat number and receive your boarding card and directly go to the gate.
I have Jetmil Elite card. What are my check-in advantages?
The passengers who give their Jetmil Elite card numbers during reservation or check-in can receive service
at counter N 10 in Istanbul Atatürk Airport domestic terminal,
at counter No 11 in İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport domestic terminal,
at counter No 21 in Antalya Airport domestic terminal,
at special online check-in counters in TRNC Ercan and Bodrum Airports.
Besides, Jetmil Elite Card members have the right;
to travel at the front seats
to deliver the baggage late and pick the baggage first
to have 10 kg additional baggage in addition to normal baggage right.
What kind of identity card is valid for domestic flights during check-in?
Any photo-bearing identity card, identity card, driving license, passport or marriage license, identities given by public bodies and organizations, health record and birth certificate up to one month after the birth (together with the identity card of the parent) shall be accepted.
Identity card photocopy, R.T. personal number printout obtained by fax or the internet shall not be accepted.
What are the rules applied for online check-in?
The passengers with scheduled flights to Bodrum-Istanbul-Antalya-Izmir-Adana-Nicosia(Ercan)-Dalaman-Kayseri-Gaziantep-Van-Kars can make online check-in
Online check-in can be made starting from 48 hours before the flight and continues until 90 minutes prior the scheduled flight.
The passengers who purchased their ticket through www.atlasjet.com; should point out their Jetmil card number during the reservation of their tickets or should have purchased their tickets through 3D Secure System in order to print their boarding pass.
The check-in process of a passenger who does not meet these requirements could not be completed and in order to complete the process about their selected seats they should stop by the online counter specially designed for credit card control with their credit card which is used for the payment of the ticket or any valid credit card belonging to the passenger.
In addition, the passengers who selected their seat but could not print their boarding pass because of age control for the passengers who have had a discount, and the passengers who have to undergo passport control for international flights; should stop by the online counter in order to complete the check-in process and get their boarding pass.
What are the rules applied for return check-in?
Return check-in aims to minimize the time loss in the airport for the passengers who will go and return within the same day without baggage by realizing the departure and return check-in transactions during departure and giving the boarding cards required for return during departure. Only Jetmil members who give their Jetmil card numbers during reservation can make use of return check-in service.
Return check-in service is available in for flights from/to Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir and Antalya.
Can I make check-in in the hotel?
As of June 08th, 2009, check-in in hotel has started. Individual guests or Etstur guests staying in hotels can make use of this service in the specified hotels in Antalya and Bodrum provided that they fly with Atlasjet.

2D barcode check-in is the check-in wizard that will enable you to send SMS message to your mobile phone upon making a booking.
Through the link that will be sent to your mobile phone, you can complete your check-in without getting into a queue at the airport.
What are the advantages of 2D Barcode?
Issues your boarding pass, without having need for any other process, just by scanning the barcode on the screen of your mobile phone to the reader of a Kiosk.
If you have already selected your seat, you need to hold the screen of your mobile phone appx. 10cm close to the Kiosk reader for 2 seconds which will enable your boarding pass to be issued.
If you do not have a pre selected seat, you will be asked to do so now and then your boarding pass will be issued.
By the completion of this process you will not have to wait in a queue at the counter.
Could I proceed to the boarding gate directly after having issued my boarding pass at a 2D Barcode Kiosk?
Yes, you may now proceed directly to the boarding gate upon having your boarding pass issued.

I have baggage –Could I realize my check-in at the 2D Barcode Kiosks?
Yes you can. After you have your boarding pass issued at a Kiosk, you may check your baggage in at the counter that has been appointed exclusively for you and then proceed to boarding gate.
Which are the airports where we can have access to Atlasjet Kiosks?
Our Kiosks are located at İstanbul, Antalya, İzmir, Bodrum, Adana and Ercan airports.
Do I need to have an internet connection on my mobile phone in order to use the 2D Barcode application?
Yes, your mobile phone should have an internet connection and should support GPRS technology.
How can I get my 2D barcode read at a Kiosk?
- In order to have a proper reading by a Kiosk, your mobile phone screen needs to be clean and the screen light needs to be on as your barcode is displayed on the screen of your phone.
- The screen of your mobile phone needs to be kept at a distance of 10cm from the Kiosk reader for 2 seconds in a fixed position. Then this process will be completed successfully.

Food and drinks we offer in our flights are free of charge.
Can I use electronic devices like CD player or laptop computer on board?
In accordance with aviation rules, no electronic device should be used during take-off and landing. However, it is allowed to use laptop computer, Gameboy, CD-Player, Video Camera etc. during flight.
In addition, the use of electronic devices which have airplane/flight mode (iPad, iPhone, etc.) are allowed to be used at this mode, during the whole flight.
Can I smoke in Atlasjet flights?

-Up to 8 days prior the first scheduled flight date penalty is not applied for date change.

It will be used for the workers who go to Iraq for work and their first degree relatives. This class of tickets is not sold through the internet. The passengers should have two documents specified below in order to benefit from this price.
1- Photo-bearing residence permit issued by Iraq Government.
2- Sealed and signed letter of the company he/she works in Turkey stating that he/she is assigned to work as worker in Iraq.
The passengers should present the documents specified above during check-in in the airports. In case they can not present such documents, their tickets will be changed to the ticket sold at that time and the price difference will be collected from the passenger. OTHERWISE, THE PASSENGERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN FLIGHTS AND THEIR TICKETS WILL BE PROCESSED ACCORDING TO SULAYMANIYAH AND ARBIL TICKET RULES.
What are the change rules applied for Sulaymaniyah and Arbil tickets?
Business Class:
- No charge will apply for cancellation/rebooking/amendments within the validity of the ticket (1 year after issuance date), even though the departure time of the flight has passed.
EkonomiPlus:
For Y class economy tickets;
- If the cancellation/rebooking/amendment is earlier than 24 hours before departure time of the related flight, a charge of 50 USD will apply for each segment.
- Within 24 hours to the related flight, 100 USD will be charged for cancellation/rebooking/amendments.
- After the departure time of the flight, within the validity period of the ticket(1 year after the issuance date), %50 of the ticket price will be charged for cancellation/rebooking/amendments.

If there are more than 7 hours between two flights of the passengers coming from abroad and who will go to Arbil by Atlasjet, we provide accommodation for them for one night free of charge on the day they arrive at Istanbul.

My waiting period in Istanbul is more than 7 hours, what should I do for hotel accommodation in this case?

Our discount rates according to passenger types are as follows.
- There is no discount for adult passengers.
- Child passenger: A discount of 25% over tax excluded price of flight fee is applied for minor passengers between the ages of 02-12.

What is age limit for young passengers?
They are the passengers between 12-20 (who have not passed the age of 21).
Do you have any discount for young passengers?
A discount of 25% over tax and service fee excluded price of ticket price fee is applied for young passengers between the ages of 12-20 (who have not passed the age of 21).
Which procedures should be realized for the travel of underage passengers (below 18 years old) or passengers requiring care?
Underage (below 18 years old) or interdict (requiring care of someone else and who can not travel alone) passengers who arrive at the border crossings to travel should present letter of consent for international flights pursuant to the rules below.
In case of travelling with identity card in TRNC flights;
a) If he/she travels only with his/her mother, letter of consent of the father approved by notary public or public authorities
b) If he/she travels only with his/her father, letter of consent of the mother approved by notary public or public authorities
c) If he/she travels with a person other than his/her parents or alone, letter of consent of both mother and father approved by notary public or public authorities
d) If the child is under the guardianship of a legal representative, letter of consent of the legal representative approved by notary public or public authorities is required.
In case of travelling with passport:
a) Children and interdict persons who would like to travel their own (individual) passports can only travel with their mother, father or legal representative. A separate letter of consent is not required.
b) If the person defined above does not have his/her own passport, and he/she is recorded in his/her guardian’s passport, he/she can travel abroad together with the holder of the passport in which he/she is recorded. A separate letter of consent is not required.
Do you have any discount for Turkish Armed Forces members?
Flight taxes are collected at a discount for Cyprus Turkish Peace Forces members and Turkish Armed Forces members that are doing their military services at Cyprus having Turkish Armed Forces identification cards only in flights from Ercan. Soldier identification card should be presented at Ercan(Cyprus) Airport. The reservation will be cancelled and refunded without penalty and a new ticket will be booked for the passengers who can not present their soldier identification card.
Do you have any discount for students?
A 25% discount is applied to the ticket fares excluding the flight taxes for the passengers having student identification cards only in flights to and from Ercan. Student identification card should be presented in the airports. The ticket will be cancelled without a penalty and a new ticket will be booked from the same class for the passengers who can not present student identification card.
For the bookings after 18 May 2013, students who have passed the age of 28 can't benefit from this discount and a new ticket will be booked in order to be accepted to the flight.
What is the age limit for minor passenger?
They are the passengers who have passed the age of three and have not passed the age of thirteen.
Can minor passengers travel alone?
The children between 02-05 can not travel alone.
Children who have passed the age of 5 (who have completed 5 years from the date of birth) and who have not completed 12 years from the date of birth can fly alone, however, the rules of Atlasjet for carrying unaccompanied minors should be met.
Which procedure should be realized for the children who will travel unaccompanied?
1. Unaccompanied travel of the minor passenger is subject to the written consent of the parents or legal representative.
2. The reservations of all stages of the travel should be final for unaccompanied travel of the minor passenger.
3. Unaccompanied Minor Flight Authorization Form is filled at the airport for UM passenger. Identity and contact information of the parents and/or legal representative who bring/pick the minor is required on this form. Form is signed by the parent or legal representative. A copy is given to the parent and/or legal representative.
4. Ticket, passport or other documents of UM passenger are put in UM bag and this bag is hung around the neck of the minor and the minor is delivered to a boarding officer.
5. Parent or legal representative of UM passenger has to wait in the airport until the plane takes off.
6. Boarding officer takes the UM passenger aboard last.
7. Airline Company is responsible for transfers or waiting in the transfer hall of UM passengers. Parents or legal representatives at departure and destination airports of UM passengers who can not continue the flight due to any reason at any of the transfer points are informed and they are sent to original departure airport or provided hotel service accompanied by an attendant.
8. UM passenger is delivered by a person assigned by the Airline to the person whose name is written in UM form after his/her identity is checked and against signature.
9. UM passenger can not be seated near the Emergency exits.
Is a letter of consent required for domestic flights?
Yes, it is required. A letter of consent is required for the children who have passed the age of 6 (who have completed 5 years from the date of birth) and have not passed the age of 13 (who have completed 12 years from the date of birth). If mother or father brings the minor to the airport, letter of consent is not required. It will be sufficient for mother or father to have unaccompanied minor (UM) transaction made at the airport.

It is not possible to be registered on the waiting list through our web site. However, you can be registered on the waiting list through Atlasjet authorized agencies or Atlasjet Call Center at 444 3 387.
Can I make an online reservation through Atlasjet web site and buy my ticket later?
You can make your reservation through the web and buy your ticket within option period. In this case, if you buy your ticket through Atlasjet authorized agencies or call center, you should pay 5.00 TL extra service fee per reservation for 1 person. If you buy your ticket through web, there is no extra charge.
How much is the service fee?
For reservations made through the internet for domectic and Ercan flights, service fee is 10 TL per person.
For Arbil, Suleymaniyah and Tehran flights it is 20 USD per person.
For Mykonos flights it is 20 EUR per person.
Service fee may vary for tickets purchased from our sales offices and call center.
Is the service fee refunded if I cancel my ticket?
Service fee is not refunded in case the ticket is returned.
In which cases can I be refunded for the service fee?
In case the flight is cancelled due to technical reasons, adverse weather conditions or schedule change, service fee as well as the ticket charge is refunded to the passenger. (If Atlasjet carries the passenger by another airline or in another flight, service fee is not refunded.)
How does service fee appear on the ticket?
Service fee is indicated with SF code on the ticket and the ticket is used as invoice.

Only cats, dogs and birds can be carried inside the cabin.
What are the conditions of carrying pets on board?
Carrying pets in the cabin is subject to making reservation.
Pets should be carried in a container of 45x35x23 cm. 2 dogs-2 birds excluding cats can be carried in the same cage. (5 pets that are not older than 30 days old can be carried together if they do not exceed 6 kg in total.)
Pets should not exceed 6 kg when weighted together with their containers/cages.
If the required documents are not presented and the container is not appropriate, Atlasjet reserves the right not to allow the carriage of pet.
In Cyprus flights, pets are kept in quarantine up to 3 weeks at arrival.
Dogs that accompany blind and hearing-impaired passengers are allowed to fly in the cabin regardless of their weight provided that a reservation is made and they wear a muzzle and they are not included in the pet quota allowed to fly in the cabin. They are also carried for pet fee.
What is the fee for the pet carried on board?
As of May 22nd, 2008, carrying of pets is subject to fixed price of 20 TL in domestic and Cyprus flights.
Can I make use of wheelchair service free of charge?
The passengers requesting wheelchair should bring a medical report not older than 10 days concerning their illness and this report should contain the expression that the passenger should travel in wheelchair. The passengers can make use of wheelchair service free of charge under these conditions; otherwise they should pay for this service.
| Passengers With Special Needs | Passengers With Disability
We suggest that our passengers arrive in the airports at least 1 hour before domestic flights and 2 hours before international flights so their flight transactions can be completed on time.
• Passengers in need of care during the flights may only fly accompanied by their attendants.
Visually Impaired and Hearing Impaired Passengers:
• No medical reports are requested from visually impaired and hearing impaired passengers and they may travel unaccompanied. However, passenger with both visual and hearing impairments must travel attended.
• Guide dogs are accepted into the cabin free of charge after their reservations are made. Dogs attending passengers with their disabilities are allowed into the cabin without being placed in a cage. The dogs must be clean, muzzled and they must sit in front of passenger and or under neat the seat. The guide dogs accepted on board must have a valid health certificate, identification, vaccination documentation and other documentation required by the laws of the country that is traveled to.
Passengers with Limited Movement Ability:
• No reports are requested from passengers with disabilities, however, passengers with disabilities that cannot use the lavatories unattended or those with disabilities that prevent them to exit the aircraft by themselves if needed are not allowed to board the aircraft unattended unless they claim self sufficiency.
• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the flights for patient bed requests. You may obtain information for flights departing in less than 24 hours from our reservation units.
• All disabled passengers are given priority during check-in and boarding in all airports.
Note: The cabin crew unfortunately cannot help you during the flight in matters related to breathing devices, food, monitoring medication and restroom needs. However, they will assist you on opening of your meal cover and utensils in plastic bags, and on your way to the door and back if you need to use the lavatories.

Up to which month can I fly during my pregnancy?
Passenger declaration about the duration of pregnancy is essential. Passengers up to the 28th weeks (7 months) of pregnancy are not prompted any report. Atlasjet may ask a pregnant passenger to declare how many babies she’s expecting and to confirm the stage (how many weeks) of pregnancy.
Pregnant passengers with single baby after the end of 28th week, (7 months completed) until the end of 35th week (is not beyond day 36th week) need to present a report from their doctors that contains the phrase “there is not any doubt to travelling by aeroplane“ stating that passenger is fit to fly. After completion of 35th week, passenger can not allowed to fly even with a doctor's report.
Pregnant passengers with multiples(two or more babies), from the end of 28th week, until the end of 32th week (is not beyond day 33th week) need to present a report from their doctors that contains the phrase “there is not any doubt to travelling by aeroplane“ stating that passenger is fit to fly. After completion of 32th week, passenger can not allowed to fly even with a doctor's report.
The report must be provided by a medical specialist and should be written on an official letterhead of the doctor or health care institution containing the following terms and conditions.
- Date of issue of the report must be specified and the date may not be over 7 days.
- The doctor's name, surname, diploma number and signature must be shown clearly
- The report should be issued in English or Turkish. If passenger has a report in another language; airline representative translates the related report of “there is not any doubt to travelling by aeroplane” in another sheet, specifying their name, surname with title of the duty and attaches to the passenger report. This document shall be signed by the passenger. After careful consideration of the document, passenger can be accepted to the flight.
In which cases is extra seat allocated?
Passengers may request an extra seat due to some special reasons. The price requested for the normal seat is also requested for this extra seat.
What is Cabin Baggage?
Cabin Baggage is the carriage of the special baggage of the passenger on a purchased extra seat on the plane.
Refers to items that may be carried as block seat baggage in the cabin. Passengers will pay for an additional seat charge in order to bring onboard a CBBG. A service request for CBBG must be made at least 24 hours prior to Estimated Time of Departure (ETD). Articles over 75 kg (165 lbs) of weight per seat shall not be accepted. Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading the CBBG in and out of the aircraft.

Yes, we provide stretcher service on our flights.
What are the procedures for requesting a stretcher?
1- Stretcher requests should be made at least 48 hours before departure by calling our call center 0850 222 00 00 or by your travel agency. ( Requests made in the last 24 hours cannot be processed.)
2- We would require a medical certificate issued a maximum of 10 days before departure by your physician to certify fitness to travel and the requirement to travel on a stretcher as well as the need for the patient to be accompanied by a medical doctor or a nurse. If it is stated that there is no need for a medical companion, the patient can travel with an adult companion that has the knowledge about the patient's medical state and could attent to her/his needs. (Atlasjet doesn’t assign a flight attendant as medical escort)
If there is also a demand for oxygen during travel, this requirement must be added to the report mentioned above by the terms stated at the 4th subject. The medical certificate mentioned above must be written either in Turkish or English. Translations of the doctor's reports in other languages must be approved by the station manager.
3- We would require the contact information of the patient's physician and the medical escort, in addition to that, the contacts of the person at the departure and arrival points.
4- While making the reservation, it must be stated wheather the patient requires supplemental oxygen and how many litres. Atlasjet would answer this need according to this information. The patient’s own oxygen tank could not be accepted in cabin. It could be carried only if they’re completely empty.
5- It is the passenger's responsibility to arrange an ambulance at the arrival and to submit the related information as the ambulance company name and phone number to our side during the reservation.
6- For technical reasons the provided stretcher can not be used for hospital transfers. The stretcher of the ambulance could be used for this. According to every airport infrastructure, the transfer of the patient from the airport to the aircraft is made by the airport’s own ambulance and the payment is covered by the patient.
7-The stretcher service fee is equal to 6 tickets booked in Y class of the selected flight. This will include the ticket of the patient and the stretcher. Medical escort and the accompanying passenger's tickets should be purchased separately.
8-Stretcher can not be positinoned at Business Class
What are the rules for supplemental oxygen carriage?

The patient’s own oxygen tank could not be accepted in cabin. It could be carried only if they’re completely empty as a checked baggage.

Passengers carrying sharp objects and firearms and the munitions cannot be accepted in passenger cabin regardless of their reasons and positions. Passengers and flight crew are not allowed to carry weapons in cabin and cockpit.
Even passengers who have to travel with weapons due to any reason (bodyguards, soldiers, police, security officers, etc.) are not allowed to carry their weapons in the cabin; they have to observe special security procedures to carry their weapons. Armed passengers have to hand over their weapons to the officers at the weapon delivery point in the airport.
Armed forces (police, gendarmerie, military) who have to travel abroad(including North Cyprus), will asked to present a consent stating the permission to export weapons, received mutually by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of both countries, when they are leaving their weapons at the police officers at the delivery station to be carried as hold baggage. Otherwise, they can not carry their weapon.
All weapons should be in empty condition. They should be placed in wooden, metal, fiber etc. boxes and packed appropriately.
Many countries have restrictive rules. Any firearms for which the passenger has hunting certificate, license for personal use are received at the airport entrance by security or they are delivered to security officer.
Firstly, passenger leaves the weapon at the weapon delivery desk, goes to the counter receives the boarding pass, presents the boarding pass to weapon delivery desk. He/she gets a label number for the weapon; weapon security office places the weapon in a special security case. Weapon is loaded to the baggage compartment of the aircraft as registered baggage by security officer. A message is sent to the relevant units in transit, transfer arrival points also specifying the seat number of the passenger. Passenger goes to the weapon delivery officer at the arrival point, and receives his/her weapon showing his/her label number, identity card.
Any sharp, pointed and other weapons-tools may be carried in cargo compartment after appropriately packed.
Blank cartridges of 1.4.S group for personal use of the passenger, securely encased and not exceeding 5 kg including the package (UN 0012 They are the projectiles fitted with a centre or rimfire primer and smokeless or without bullet despite being filled with gunpowder and they are used for training greeting and priming.) and non-explosive ammunition with core (UN 0014 ammunition whose core is not explosive but filled with impulsive material) are allowed to be carried in cargo compartment.

Tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Can I use a ticket issued on the name of another person?
The right of using, reservation changes and cancellation etc. belongs only to the person whose name – surname is written on the ticket and this right can not be transferred in any way.
What are the change rules applied for Cyprus and domestic flights?
No penalty is received for the changes made until 12 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight.
30% of total price is received for the changes made from 12 hours prior to the flight to the departure time of the flight.
The passengers who do not complete baggage and check-in procedure until 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time forfeit all their rights concerning that flight.
In case of reservation changes and open ticket confirmation: the fare will be recalculated in accordance with the new required flight/class fare. The system will automatically charge/refund difference between the original and the new fare. The service fee is non refundable for all classes.
